Hiromasa is said to be the son of Sosyu Hiromitsu and the sword continued through several generations from around the Teiji period of the Nanbokucho period to the mid-Muromachi period.
This sword is thought to have been made around the Meireki period during the Godai period, and has a narrow Mihaba, It has a Slightly Sori-tsuku, elegant appearance, Small-Itamehada-tsumu with clear Jigane, Yubashiri, Tobiyaki entered frequently, Shikirini-hakikake-Shimagakari, Kinsuji, Niesuji-kakari, It a masterpiece sword full of supremacy.
