Chikakage is the Nagamitsu gate, and is thought to be a younger disciple of Kagemitsu, who was around the same time as Kagemitsu.From the end of the Kamakura period around Kagen to the beginning of the Nanbokucho era around the Yasunaga era, swords can be seen.Four Tachi swords are designated as important cultural properties, and four Tachi swords are designated as Juyo-Bijutsuhin. The style resembles Kagemitsu's, but Nie's strong style can be seen.
This sword is a tachi with the inscription "Chikakage" clearly remaining, and we know that it was originally over 80cm long.
