Yukimitsu is a master craftsman who ranks among the best of ancient swords, and can be said to be the third son of kunimitsu Shintogo. Yukimitsu is considered to be a little more senior than Masamune, and the extant signed works are limited to short swords.According to ancient sword books, his style is diverse.In addition to Suguha, it is written that there are Midareba and Mama Hitatsura.Mumei Kiwame has many Suguha or shallow and gentle Midareba.The point that Jiba Chikei and Kinsuji are expressed generally clearly indicates the succession of Shintogo.

This sword has a wide Mihaba, Standard Sori, and a graceful figure with Koshizori-tsuku.
Jinie entered fine and thick, A bright and beautiful Jitetsu with fine chikei, Suguha-style, Shallow Notarete, Mixed Gunome, Ashi entered well, Small-Nie deeply, Niesuji and Sunagashi-kakari ,similar to Shintogo, Kitae is even better, Nioikuchi is bright and clear a masterpiece handed down by the Kuroda family.
