The first generation of Kawachinokami Kunisuke was the youngest disciple of Kunihiro Horikawa, and after his master's death, he moved from Kyoto to Osaka with OyaKunisada, the father of Shinkai Inoue, and became a pioneer of blacksmithing in Osaka. The Kunisuke family originally came from the Ishido family in Seshu, and they specialize in cloves, which is the original clove of the Ishido family.
