Mokkougata Tetsutsuchimeji Sukidashibori Kosukashi Zougan Sukinokoshimimi
The Kumagai school was commonly called Edo Higo or Yotsuya Higo because it lived in Yotsuya and became a maid of the Higo Hosokawa family. Both Yoshiyuki and Yoshitsugu were representative workers of the Kumagai school, and Yoshinobu came out of that clan. His work is an improvement and ingenuity of the Jingo-style carving technique in Higo, and uses a lot of gold and silver on the iron base with inlays of texture and rubbing.
