- 鎬造、庵棟、身幅広く、反りやや浅く、中鋒。Shinogidukuri, Iorimune, Wide Mihaba, Slightly shallow Sori, Chu-Kissaki.

- 小板目肌つみ、板目交じり、地沸微塵に厚く付き、地景入り、鉄明るく冴える。Small-Itamehada-tsumi, Mixed Itame, Jinie entered fine and thick, Chikei entered, Iron is bright and clear.

- 重国は、大和伝手掻派の末裔で、名を九郎三郎といい、駿府の徳川家康に召されたのち、元和頃紀州徳川家の家祖徳川頼宣に従って紀州に移った新刀期屈指の名工である。本作は、小板目肌つみ、地沸が厚くついた明るく冴えた地鉄に、直刃調に、ほつれ・食い違い・二十刃掛り、大小の沸が美しく輝き、匂口明るく冴える傑作である。Shigekuni was a descendant of the Yamato Den Tekaki school, and his name was Kurozaburo.
He was one of the most famous craftsmen of the Shinto era, and after being called by Ieyasu Tokugawa of Sunpu, he moved to Kishu around the Genwa era following Yorinobu Tokugawa, the founder of the Kishu Tokugawa family.
This sword has small-Itamehada-tsumi, Jinie entered thickly with bright and clear Jigane, Suguha-style, Hotsure, Kuichigai, Nijuba-kakari, It is a masterpiece in which Nie of all sizes shines beautifully and Nioikuchi is bright and clear.
