金山鍔は、鎌倉中期から江戸時代にかけて尾張・美濃地方で製産された鍔。造りは丸形小形で厚みがあり、鉄質が黒味がかって焼き入れが硬いく、耳や平に、鉄骨が出ている。図柄は幾何学模様的な図案式のものが多い。Marugata Tetsutsuchimeji Jisukashi Marumimi
Kanayama tsuba is a tsuba that was produced in the Owari and Mino regions from the middle of the Kamakura period to the Edo period. The structure is round and small and thick, the iron is blackish and hardened, and the ears and flats have steel frames. Many of the designs are geometric patterns.
