Osafune Kiyomitsu's signature is said to have started in the late Kamakura period, around the time of Masakazu, and can be seen to be passed down through generations until the late Muromachi period.Among Sue Bizen, Kiyomitsu is good at Suguha and has left many works.Among them, Gorozaemonnojyo Kiyomitsu and his Magoemonnojyou Kiyomitsu are known as excellent swordsmith.
This sword is thought to have been made by Gorozaemonnojo of the Eisho period. Wide Mihaba, Thick Kasane, It has a deep and stately Uchigatana appearance, Itamehada, Mixed Mokume, Jinie entered fine and thick, Chikei entered well, Jigane Utsuritachi, Suguha-style, Mixed Small-Gunome, There are many Ashi and You, Small-Nie entered well, Kinsuji and Sunagashi-kakari, Nioikuchi is bright.
