Nariie is said to be the grandson of Kagehide, the younger brother of Mitsutada, the founder of Osafune, and was a disciple of Kagemitsu, active around the Enbun period of Nanbokucho period.
This sword has a wide Mihaba, thick Kasane, Wide Sakihaba, This sword features Oh-Kissaki Nanbokucho, Enbun Jouji period style. Jinie entered fine and thick, Chikei entered frequently with bright and clear Jigane, Gunome, Choujiba and mixed Togarigokoro, Small-Nie entered deeply, Kinsuji and Sunagashi-kakari, The Boushi is also a masterpiece that seems to be of Kanemitsu quality, with Togarigokoroni-kaeru.
